[Herky] I got the Rose Bowl tickets

The cut off was 31 priority points and all students. I believe the number
was a little misleading as many requestors asked for more than they were
"allowed." So it looks like many folks got at least some tix! I was glad to
get mine.

I think the ticket office did a fabulous job!  I cannot imagine how
difficult the last few weeks have been for them.
